- No Refund on Consultations
Since astrology services involve time, energy, and personalized effort, all consultation fees are non-refundableonce the session/report has started or been delivered.
- Session Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled call or session, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance. One-time rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost.
- Incorrect Details
If you have entered incorrect birth details and not informed us before the session, we are not liable for incorrect analysis. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Refund in Exceptional Cases
A partial or full refund may be considered only in rare cases of technical error (like payment charged but service not delivered) — subject to review within 5 working days.
- Digital Product Sales (PDFs, Reports)
All downloadable astrology reports or remedies are non-refundable, once delivered to your WhatsApp/email.
